Something strange happening regarding Resolution field since recently
I notice something strange happening since recently and I'm not quite sure how this can be. We didn't really change anything in the tool. At least not that we know of that could have caused this. When a Requester raises a ticket the Resolution field gets updated automatically as well by "System", with blank text. In the past this was not the case and it's currently not helping out because how technicians always closed tickets is by clicking Close, then the Resolution tab would open automatically

Approval Process / Pending Approval
Can I set SD so the Request status does not show approved until all the approvers approve the request? Right now, if one approver approves the request it shows the status as approved even if the other approvals are pending.
Business rules and automated change/problem requests
It would be nice if we can automate change and problem requests through the business rules. We have several monitoring systems that submit automated tickets for recurring issues and it slows things down and introduces errors having these change/problem requests created manually from these automated tickets. -Ross

Auto closure based on email received within existing request
Hi, We have a vendor that doesnt use our ME tool, but when requests are assigned to them an auto email sends and creates a ticket in their system. When they resolve the job a email notification gets sent back which attaches into the request within ME. Is there a way to auto close these tickets when the email is received within the request? The email will have specific detail in the subject e.g request number and "confirmed" or "resolved.

After update to build 9210 Mail fetching and Inventory page is not working.
Hi. I updated our servicedesk from build 9101 to 9120 last wednesday and everything was working okay Thursday. Then friday the servicedesk inventory page did not respond and displayed err_Empry_respons and after some time the entire servicedesk did not respond. We did a reboot on the Server and now the mail fetching is also not working, whitch it did before the reboot. So now we are having problems with mail fetching and inventory page. Any suggestions on how to solve this? Br Soren
