The key features of the app:
- Create, View & Edit requests.
- View Conversations.
- Pick Up requests.
- Assign requests by selecting group based technicians list.
- Search technician option while assigning a request.
- Reply to the users from within the ticket.
- Close, Delete requests.
- Work-logs: View, Add, Edit, Delete.
- Resolution: View, Add, Edit.
- Notes: View, Add, Show to Requester, Mail to Technician Resolution, Edit, Delete.
- Search for requests by ID and Subject.
- Request list view filter options.
- Customizing the filter options.
