However, one key item to edit is missing...the Requester.
When forwarding (as an example) an email to our helpdesk in order to create a request, the request retains technician as the Requester.
There is no opportunity to edit this field on the mobile app to make the Requester = the actual person with the issue. We must access and edit SDP from a computer to change the Requester field. This is often overlooked if the request is opened and resolved completely on the mobile app.
This one field addition would make our technicians very happy,and, make our reporting much more accurate.
