Issue sending replies
We have an issue with our instance of ManageEngine Service Desk in that replies to incidents are not being sent or recieved and are also not recorded in the incident history. Frequently users (technicians) reply to a helpdesk job and the reply window closes without error but no email is being sent to the requester or recorded in the system. Move to another server
Good morning! We tried reinstall ServiceDeskPlus on a new server but was occurred errors. Service Desk do not open in this new server after restore backup. I tried migrate with a full backup and a trimmed backup, but the same error occurs. The old server have DB MySQL, and the new server have Postgree - Is this a problem? Logs attached. Thanks.
Unable to send e-mails - ServiceDesk Plus-OnDemand - Office 365
We use Office 365 for e-mails etc. We are able to receive e-mails fine into ServiceDesk Plus On-Demand but every time the system tries to send an e-mail, it comes up with the following error: Mail sending failed.Authentication failed The same account/credentials are being used for receiving and sending e-mails so there is no issue with the password etc.

Any URL Down Trigger for Workflow not working
Build: 12200 Have URL Monitor on for specific URL (See screenshot 1), manually triggered by stopping the service on the host to put the URL in a down state. Have a workflow attached to the device that checks the URL and if it's down restarts the service and is supposed to send an e-mail. The trigger for this workflow is "when any URL Monitor is down" (See Screenshot 2-4) If this is configuration issue please let me know, if it's truly not working can I get an ETA on when this might be fixed. Hi, Could I get some guidance on how to fix an issue please. We have a report that we have scheduled to run. I have modified the report but the schedule will still run the old version of the report. I have already deleted and recreated the schedule several times. How do I get the schedule to use the updated report? Thank you.
Change Module issues since upgrade to 9317.
We just upgraded to 9317 from 9301 two days ago. Since then, the Change Requests do not appear to be functioning properly. When attempting to utilize the Add features such as Enter Rollout Plan, Enter Backout Plan, etc, all browsers just spin, as if reloading page. This occurs in IE, Chrome, and Firefox. SD+ Services were restarted this morning, same result. Other options under Add, DO work. Such as Note, Reminder, Task. At this point, we are unable to utilize our Change module. Please advise if

Opmanager service stops running
We have 2 Opmanager servers running in failover with another server hosting the SQL database. Since last night, the manageengine service starts and directly stops on the opmanager server. On the other opmanager server, the service starts but stops working after a couple of minutes. The windows event log doesn't show any errors at all. How is it possible that the service stops working overnight?

I am trying to upgrade our on prem version of Service Desk from 9311 to 9317 without success. MDM Plus Cloud - DPC Enrollment - Play Store Apps not working
Hi I am currently having issues pushing free play store apps from my repository. My devices are set up using your DPC token afw#memdm and are enrolled into the cloud instance fine. I am able to configure a profile and push this out to my devices. These profiles apply correctly. Remote Control to RDP-Sessions doesn't work properly
Hi there, our remote control seems not to work with RDP-Sessions. We are able to select one of the logged-in-users on the computer, but the initiated remote session shows always the console sessions (the locked admin screen). The Chat feature instead works fine. Users cannot attach files to requests
Occasionally we receive reports from users that the + sign to add an attachment to a request is unavailable or malfunctions. The end result is they cannot attach a file to their request. Our users have Internet Explorer 9 or above. I've had it happen to me and I use the latest Google Chrome browser. So it doesn't appear to be browser specific and the condition is intermittent and cannot be recreated on demand. Temporarily if a users refreshes the page adding attachments can be restored, sometimes.

I face the approval issue on servicedesk-plus version 9.3 Build 9314 while CAB approving the change. Problem in Monitoring Windows Server 2016 and Hyper-V 2016 by OpManager v12.2
Hi, I am having problems with OpManager detecting that windows 2016 servers are Hyper-V enabled. I removed them from OpManager and again added all the servers to OpManager (with WMI credential) but they are being categorized as Windows10 and not virtual devices. Is this a known problem with a workaround?
Only One Domain Showing up in Active Directory Authentication
I'm only getting one Domain that is showing up. (See below image) I have three domains, but only WHP is showing up. I'm on v9316. I've tried removing one of other domains and readding it but haven't had any luck.

AppMan RabbitMQ monitor issues
Good day I have been having very odd issues with a specific group of RabbitMQ monitors in AppManager. All queue data was pulling through fine until Tuesday past, when the credentials were changed. In order to have the application running again , we have to reset the password again and then it will work again for the next 2 to 3 Days: On our exchange server 2013 POP is configured with Basic Authentication. Can't Start As Service After Fresh Install
