Have URL Monitor on for specific URL (See screenshot 1), manually triggered by stopping the service on the host to put the URL in a down state.

Have a workflow attached to the device that checks the URL and if it's down restarts the service and is supposed to send an e-mail. The trigger for this workflow is "when any URL Monitor is down" (See Screenshot 2-4)

If this is configuration issue please let me know, if it's truly not working can I get an ETA on when this might be fixed.
