I am trying to upgrade our on prem version of Service Desk from 9311 to 9317 without success.
I downloaded ManageEngine_ServiceDesk_Plus_9_3_0_SP-0_17_0.ppm
Before doing the upgrade, I deleted all the logs in SDHome\server\default\log. I am attaching all of the logs from that folder from AFTER the install of the upgrade.
What can I do to successfully complete this upgrade?
I should also note that before I did this upgrade, I took a clean snapshot of the virtual machine. When the upgrade failed, I simply reverted to the snapshot. Therefore, as of right now, we are NOT down. We are on the same version (9311) that we were on before I attempted the upgrade.
