CAB Cannot approve change
I face the approval issue on servicedesk-plus version 9.3 Build 9314 while CAB approving the change.
The message show dialog and said "You are not authorized to perform this action" after CAB clicked on "Recommend" link under their name.
I can't re-produce this issue. It not occur with every change nor every CAB.
Please advice me, Thank you in advance.
