When attempting to utilize the Add features such as Enter Rollout Plan, Enter Backout Plan, etc, all browsers just spin, as if reloading page. 

This occurs in IE, Chrome, and Firefox.

SD+ Services were restarted this morning, same result.

Other options under Add, DO work. Such as Note, Reminder, Task.

At this point, we are unable to utilize our Change module. Please advise if this is a known issue or there are setting now present in 9317 that we need to adjust.

UPDATE:

It appears that anytime you click Save in any of the Admin modules, the same behavior occurs. However, whatever change you made does seem to be saved. If you refresh the browser, your option shows as updated. I'm not sure if this has any bearing on the above issue or is another separate issue we're now experiencing.

Example:

Updated a Scheduled Maintenance request, clicked Save, page spun for over 10 minutes. Hit refresh, appeared to save.
