Incorrect sorting in inline editor [SD-77313]
Found a sorting bug in inline-editor when working with multi-select fields. How to reproduce: Create multi-select field with some values. Sort it manualy in correct order. Save. In the request, enter to inline edit mode by clicking on fields. And now, values sorting order is different from saved order. In full-editor (button Edit on top) sorting is correct, as well as in the request preview. P/S/ SDP 10.0 Build 10013
Reset Password Enables a Disabled Account
We have come across an issue when if an account is disabled and has their password reset via AD Manager Plus, the account becomes enabled? If I reset this via the domain controller the account remains disabled. Is there a setting which can keep an account disabled even after a password is reset? Thanks
API « GetDowntimeDetails » for Child Monitor does not work anymore since 13780
Hello, I have a problem with REST API « GetDowntimeDetails ». I use it to retreive downtime for monitor and for child monitor (for example a process inside a Linux Monitor). On my previous version 13580, it works for both monitor type. After updating in 14050 : it works for monitor but it does not work for children anymore. I get an error « Invalid resourceid(s) in Request » in my XML file. I redid an installation from scratch in 13580 and setup multiple patches, summary : 13580 > Monitor : OK
Requester replying on ticket does not show in conversations!
When we send a reply to the requester, and he/she replies to that email message, the email sent does not get added to the conversations, neither does it come as a new request! Their reply gets deleted from the Service Desk inbox and nothing happens! Please advise.

Hi Team, I've currently got the Java.exe file renamed on my server as if it's allowed to start it consumes 100% of the CPU. Hi, After installing the SSL certificate on our server, the survey is sending the following URL to our customers: https://servicedesk.netglobalis.net:80/sd/SurveyDetails.sd?action=loadSurvey&surveyData=188799dea5a03da0c5688e7afe97627011b2a1c0&locale=null Which sends connection error, this because HTTPS is doing the query to a port 80 (not 443) and clearly this shouldn't work like this. Hi We are running version 9.3 Build 9301 I'm noticing a large number of .dat files being included as attachments in replies created from the SD portal. These show in both Outlook, and webmail - and have never been attached by the Service Desk users. Slow graphical performance in IE11
Hi, Testing out SDP 10012 and the graphical performance is very slow in IE11 when browsing the requests overview/list. Works much better in Chrome and Edge but (unfortunately) we're stuck with IE11 as the default browser for all of our users due to company policies. Is there anything that can be done about this? Hi, the WAL_Archive folder for Password Manager Pro is growing excessively. Is it the same "replace archive.bat" fix as for SDP? We're on build 8501 (I'm planning to upgrade to the latest version in the next few weeks but the disk space issue is a higher priority).
PMP Migration/Upgrade issue
In the process of migrating our PMP from 2008 R2 to 2016. Our PMP instance was out of date so I did the ladder of upgrades from 8400 to 9802 on an isolated clone of our PMP server. I installed 9802 on the new 2016 server. From the clone I copied a “instant backup” indicating 9802 to the new server. I installed the 32 bit version since the old server is running 32 bit- that was a lesson learned. The database restores just fine. Hi, Since the last update we made to the platform (V. 10.0 BUILD 10011) we have had problems (second time it happens) that the reception of emails from the main mailbox (servicedesk@ourcompany.net) the emails remain in the inbox and aren't generated in servicedesk. We have tried the following: - Restart the Mail Fetching - Configure the mailbox again in servicedesk. - Test with other mailboxes. Issues with Bulk group upload
I am trying to create 60 Distribution groups via the bulk upload in ADmanager. I have created my CSV with below headers: It creates the groups but does not assign an email address to any of the Distribution groups created. Has anyone else encountered this issue? Is there a column missing in the CSV. I have spoken to support they indicate the csv is fine and maybe its because we do not have an up to date version. Planned to be upgraded at the weekend. Failed to update, server can not start, backup can not be restored.
So I've been using ME service desk for all of 15 minutes and already feel like I shouldn't be using it although i like the product because i haven't even got it full up and running and it's seems like it's completely destroyed. DC-Server Web console starts on login
Hello, It seems I have a bug since the build 323, although I uncheck the "Start Web Console on Service Startup" on the tray icon of the DC-server, I keep have the web console opening on logon. I see in the registry (HKLM) that the setting is not set when unchecked, and is visible when checked. I updated to build 342 today, no change. Modify User Automation Problem
My end goal is to set one of the extensionAttribues to TRUE when a user password is expired. I'm trying to use the 'Expired Password' report as the source, but the column header in the report is "SAM Account Name" (w/spaces) I need it to be "samaccountname" (without spaces) so the automation can read the field as the target to modify. Is there a way to change the column header field when exporting reports? Thanks!

Hi, I've been struggling with getting Desktop Central to use the correct IP address on the machine it's installed on. It also runs VirtualBox so it has an interface for that and Desktop Central want to use that IP as the address it starts on on the real interface address.
