Hi,
After installing the SSL certificate on our server, the survey is sending the following URL to our customers:
Which sends connection error, this because HTTPS is doing the query to a port 80 (not 443) and clearly this shouldn't work like this. Also the ServiceDesk settings don't allow me to modify the URL. (If I delete the ":80" or adds "443" works perfectly)
Please your support to solve this problem, it's critical.
