[SOLVED]Conversation Issue
We use ServiceDesk Plus OnPremise 10.0 Build 10011. When i try to download an attachments (DOCX,etc) from conversations obtain a JSON File with:
{"response_status":{"status":"failed","messages":[{"status_code":"4001","message":"Value provided for field(s) [notification] is invalid","type":"failed"}]}}
