I have 2 tickets i opened a week ago and neither got a first response or any sort of acknowledgement. #5733321 #5733299 I even opened a ticket saying I'm not getting help and they just added that to one of the tickets... this is piss poor on Manage Engine's side.

Hi @all, Since some times (i don't know how much), when someone from my network modify the default domain policy GPO, i get this message : GPO Default Domain Policy was modified by at 11/10/2019 11:06:29. [SOLVED] [SD - 83218] Change Request: Unable to enter text in Description field
When creating a new Change ticket we are unable to type content in the Description field. The text displays backwards and acts erratically. Tested in Chrome/Safari on version 11003 and 11004 with the same results. Not able to reproduce the issue in an Incident Description field or in any other Change ticket field under the Plan tab.

I just install new server for test (trial mode for 30 days) and I have problem with upload files to patch repo. my steps Going to Patch mgmt and Download Failed (Patches)(5) I can see list of patches i failed status. Technicians can't create new Requesters
We just upgraded to ServiceDesk Plus Build 11006. As a ServiceDesk Admin I can still create a new Requester when I create a ticket. I see the message "Requester Name does not exist. Do you wish to add a new requester as part of submitting a new request?" I can click the OK button and that works fine. But now our standard Technicians cannot do this. When they try they just receive the message "Requester Name does not exist." No option is presented to add the new Requester. We need our standard Technicians
Attachment inside an attached msg-file
Good Day I noticed a problem with the Mail-to-Ticket-Function. If there is a .msg as an attachment in a message, the system does not add it as an attachment but rather as a normal Conversation. However, if there is an attachment in the .msg-File, this attachment is not imported into the system. Maybe this could be fixed in a coming update.

Hi, I have set 4 SLAs for security incidents and I have set Priority to change as per conditions defined by us. In the servicedesk request template, there is a field to set the default SLA in the workflow. Once this is set, all requests temporarily set the due date as per that SLA. Scanned Software Not showing Install
I'm banging my head against the Software Assets portion of ServiceDesk. I'm honestly not liking it due to menu navigation and inconsistencies of the data it reports. ADAudit+ issue migrating MySQL to MS SQL

Hi, I have a load of scheduled jobs to send out reports on the on one of our SDP instances and I have jobs set to run every 5 minutes and 2 jobs scheduled for every 5 minutes slot. When using a user creation template to create a new user in ADManager, on the 365 tab under licenses it reads ' No Licenses Available'. When looking at the report and via the MS site there are license available. How to fix this and assign licenses when creating new users?
Reply on closed Request behaviour
Good Day Everyone If someone replies through E-mail on a closed request, we are using the Option "Append the reply as conversation to the request and notify technician". This seems to work fine. However, if someone replies to a request who is not the Requester, then the ticket will be reopened. For us this is not really useful since a lot of people are often involved in solving the case and might answer afterwards, not just the requester. Is there any way to solve this?

Setting SLAs
I have set a three level escalation in our SLA settings. However, when this SLAs are violated, the system fails to generate alerts to the specified support reps that were added when creating these SLAs. I currenly use the 8.1.0 version with Build Number 8100.. Please help.
Wrong Time in Schedule Report
When I create a schedule report and I choose a custom schedule duration, the date and time is comming with one more hour. I think it´s because the daylight saving time in my region, but i was already changed the timezone in my perfil and admin´s perfil.. This is occurs only in this option, other events are having registering with correct date and time. If i change the custom schedule it´s show this message: "Selected date and time should not be lesser than current date and time."

Hello to all, after upgrade to 10507 version, we have experienced some issues with body message of emails. After create a request by email, SDP doesn't show correctly body message correctly (SDP shows only in one line without line breaks). It not happens in all messages. SDP MSP + ZohoBooks Integration
Hi, We have successfully integrated ZohoBooks and ServiceDesk MSP. When synxhronizing clients and requesters, ZohoBooks is the source and SDP is the destination. We were able to successfully add a new contact into ZB and saw a new account in SDP appear.
