I cannot update my Exchange email system CU level due to Desktop Central registry entries in  PendingFileRenameOperations. I followed this forum post, https://pitstop.manageengine.com/portal/community/topic/pendingfilerenameoperations-error. It provides an unofficially released 10.0.448 as the solution. I tried to apply this update in my environment and received a message, "this build 10.0.448 is currently not compatible with your environment..."
