Hello We are trying ELA 12.1 but despite having 8vCPUs /16GB ram and a small flow of logs, ELA stil uses 100% CPU all the time, making the system very slow Any suggestion? Best regards
Unable to View Tickets
Experiencing an issue where some users are unable to view tickets to regions/sites that are assigned to their profile. This doesn't happen to every person or every site. It is random. Any help with this issue is appreciated.

I have noticed that the Last Updated field in a solutions record changes by just viewing the solution. I have included a screen shot of this behavior. The history shows it was actually last updated in 2018, not today.

Running Script during subsequent startup is not working correctly
If we want to deploy a CustomScript (Computer) during next startup of clients, (subsequent startup {for the next [ 1 ] times}, this works on a subset of the selected clients only. Some clients don't get the script. Using [deploy once] does the job on all clients. Has somebody same experience and solution of the problem? Regards Rainer

Hello everyone, I have netflow analyzer 9.8.6 build 9860 installed on a 64 bit linux machine 8 GB RAM. The data base used is MYSQL I am facing issue related to application graph that is the graph is not visible for for than 1 hour. Graphs are attached for 1 hour, 2 hour and 6 hour in which it can be seen that the 2 hour and 6 hour graphs are totally unaccounted. Please suggest resolution measures

Subquery Reports Not Working in 11002

Can only share one certificate at a time...
I need to share a lot of certificates with users and user groups...In PMP an user can only share one certificate at time.
WOL is not working if more than one Client is selected
If we want to WOL some Clients, this works only if a single Client is selected. Since a few months, WOL does not wake Clients if more than one Client is selected. Is there someone with the same issue and solution to the problem? Kind regards Rainer

Hello, Few weeks ago (more than a month) I installed and configured a free version of ServiceDesk Plus. It shown the evalcopy expired trial div but I can't remove or hide it.
Groups view not working after upgrade to 9.7
The groups view does not work anymore when I'm connected through ad auhtentication and being a SuperAdministrator. The url https://XXX:7272/SuperGroupView.ec?USERNAME=DOMAIN\user&LOGINID=1502 returns a 400 bad request code. If I try the same url by removing the domain it works: https://XXX:7272/SuperGroupView.ec?USERNAME=user&LOGINID=1502 It only fails when having the SuperAdministrator right.

Dear Support we notice the email notification for device alram that we alreday set are not sending to user as expected. example 1: I got email attention notification when my device down but when the device back to normal no clear email notification has been sent. Issues with Desktop and MDM Plugin
I have updated to the latest build for Desktop Central and Service Desk, and for the technicians, we enabled the option Enable to access Desktop and MDM Plugin Functionality. However, when we try to use that functionality, we get an error shown in the image below I have tried to contact support but they weren't able to find a solution. I've been trying to find that plugin but I can't find it anywhere on the site.

Hello, I have ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus running on a SLES 12 OES 2018 environment. Recently, when users are creating tickets or if I am trying to check on solutions it can take up to 15 minutes for anything to happen. Does anyone have any advice on how I might be able to fix this? Supports Group - Not populating custom view
Hi, We've recently upgraded from 9.0.3 all the way to 11.0 and this to appears to have removed our groups from our custom views. I can't seem to locate a way to globally set these, for people. Can you advise? Sam
All Active Directory Reports greyed out except All User Accounts report
I noticed we can only select the one report. On the Admin->Reports->AD Report Settings page there is no option to select specific reports either.
[SD-82235] Cannot View All Changes When Associating From Project
It seems that we cannot view all changes when trying to associate a change to a project from the project module. Under Associations > Associate Existing Changes, when we change the filter to "All Changes" it just shows the Open Changes and doesn't update the list. This behavior exists both in Chrome and IE. Email ID of the requester disappears for the second time
Hi Team, Email ID of the particular requester in the service desk plus tool gets disappeared for the second time even after adding it a month back during the same issue. We get to know about the issue once the requester stopped receiving notification. Please check the issue and provide us the permanent solution.And will this change be recorded in any logs??. Schedule Reports - Report created but the Report Type is as null
Hi, Please help me with this issue. I created a Report on the Schedule Reports module in Applicactions Manager Plugin the report type that I chose was Availability but when a saved it it had Report Type as null. SLA statistics not correct
We have a problem to get proper SLA statistics for our Incidents in SD+ and Analytics The process We register a ticket (status open), assign a SLA (5 working days 9 hour per day) and work on the ticket until we can resolve it (status resolved) Some of the tickets are set in status pending (that are OK). The time the ticket is in status pending shall not be included in the calculated time to resolve. Example: SLA 8am to 5pm every work day ( 9 hours) Ticket created day 1 at 8am Ticket set in status

Missing Resources in Configurations.
We attempting to set up a Folder Redirection configuration to change the My Documents folder to point to a personal folder on a filer server. We have several fire servers on different sites that are all under different subnets. The DC server resides on the 10.0.x.x subnet while other File Servers reside on their respective site subnets, i.e. 10.1.x.x and 10.2.x.x Currently we are only able to see available resources in our domain for the 10.0.x.x subnet. Desktop Central agents not connecting after upgrade
I just upgraded Desktop Central from 10.0.0-SP-364 to 10.0.0-SP-435. The server starts fine and I am able to login via the web UI, however none of my agents are able to connect. If I run the agent troubleshooter, everything appears ok except antivirus. Any ideas what would cause this and how to fix it?

Hi all, We have some passwords in our system where there is 1 resource with multiple accounts within it. We add all passwords manually and dont use auto logon or auto change. Passwords entered into PMP have no connection with the actual server/account they are for. Our password policy is that the password when entered should expire in 90 days. Background Colour varies behind the logo
Previously, I uploaded a PNG logo with a transparent background and it worked great. With a recent update the banner background colour changed to a dark grey and my logo looks like rubbish. I would update my logo to work with the darker background but the logon page will has a light background - I don't have a logo that will work in both situations. I have migrated 700+ passwords into a new instance of PMP and noticed that a number of passwords have a strange character symbol, looks like a ? in a black triangle shape. The symbol turns out to be £ however when I try to update the password to include £ I get the following error: "Error occurred while changing the password. Activity Logs: Trying to use Agent Mode: 1.
