New Desktop Central install, 2 alerts I can't figure out how to clear

I downloaded and installed Desktop Central yesterday.  It is build version 10.0.467.  Everything is working as I would expect but on the home screen there are two alerts I can't figure out how to clear.

They both have a header that reads "Activate before its too late!
  1.  "{0} Distribution Servers below {1} version are inactive and will no longer be managed by Desktop Central if they do not contact the server in {2} days."
  2. "0 agents below version are inactive and will no longer be managed by Desktop Central if they do not contact the server in 0 days."
They are both followed up with a "View details" link but I can't figure out what it's trying to show me when I click on the links.

The link in the first alert takes me to the Global Settings - SoM - Remote Offices tab.  There, I have an "Information" message about adding a remote office, which I don't have.  Nothing else appears out of the ordinary.

The link in the second alert takes me Admin - Scope of Management - Summary tab and scrolls down to Agent Version summary where the only version listed is 10.0.466.W (Latest Version) and the number of machines correctly listed.

I cannot clear either alert, as there is no "x" to close them as most of the other alerts had.  BTW, I only have 13 machines to contend with, so I am using the FREE version, which is why I am posting here rather than going through support.
