Issues with Desktop and MDM Plugin

Issues with Desktop and MDM Plugin

I have updated to the latest build for Desktop Central and Service Desk, and for the technicians, we enabled the option  Enable to access Desktop and MDM Plugin Functionality. 
However, when we try to use that functionality, we get an error shown in the image below
I have tried to contact support but they weren't able to find a solution. I've been trying to find that plugin but I can't find it anywhere on the site.
