When creating a new Change ticket we are unable to type content in the Description field. The text displays backwards and acts erratically. Tested in Chrome/Safari on version 11003 and 11004 with the same results.

Not able to reproduce the issue in an Incident Description field or in any other Change ticket field under the Plan tab.
