Good Day

I noticed a problem with the Mail-to-Ticket-Function. If there is a .msg as an attachment in a message, the system does not add it as an attachment but rather as a normal Conversation. However, if there is an attachment in the .msg-File, this attachment is not imported into the system. Maybe this could be fixed in a coming update.
