Hello, We have been experiencing an issue assigning a technician upon creating a new request/incident. When the technician creates a new incident, and inserts all the necessary fields, the technician field does not hold. They have to pick up or assign after it has been created. Support Reps - Global Settings
The more I try to work with Business Units the more I regret ever turning the things on! THEY DON'T WORK. There are too many bugs, too many "you can't have duplicates" and I'm getting sick and tired of it. If ManageEngine don't spend a month fixing every problem with Business Units in the next two month we are ditching Support Center and using something else because we cannot function like this. Hi, I am just evaluating OpManager and I have setup a few email alerts for various devices but I have realized that I only get the email exactly 1 hour after the alarm was raised. For example, at 1pm yesterday a server went offline while I was working on OpManager and I seen the alert but I only received the email notification at 2pm. When I send a test alert, or even if I send a report via email from OpManager to the same email address, I receive it within 10 seconds. I dont have any email monitoring
Unable to use PMP with Juniper Netscreen OS devices
We cannot get Password Manager Pro to work with any of our Juniper Netscreen OS firewalls. We put in all the correct info and set an admin account for password changes. We also tried Telnet and SSH. PMP always comes back and says the passwords are not in sync. We confirmed the credentials is PMP are correct by telneting in and using cut and paste with the PMP credentials. scripts on successful user creation - parameter problem
We perform several tasks in a custom script after user creation. creating folders, setting ntfs-rights, sending emails,... problem: when creating a single user, the 'accountExpires'-attribute is not handed over to the script. using the "bulk user creation" however solves that issue. all other attributes (we used) work fine in both creation processes (bulk and single). Cannot login after Upgrade to build 8810
Hi, I did an upgrade on OpManager from 8050 to 8810 successfully. However once the upgrade completed, I could not login to the webclient. I uninstalled my antivirus and tried restarting Opmanager server again with no luck. When i tried to logint o the stand alone client it gave me an error saying make sure the Opmanager server is running. However when i see it in services. msc in windows i see the service running fine. I later tried stopping and restarting opmanager from the console using ShutdownOpmanager.batvand
Approval Status is not updated
Hi, We have this issue wherein after a CAB member has approved a change request using the email link, the Approval Status of the change request stays at N/A. If we go to the Change request and down to Approvals it already shows as Recommended However if the CAB member opens the change request using SDP and approves the change, there is no issue. Hello, I want to report about an issue in survey process. When requester is getting e-mail with link for a survey, and when he open web-page with form, he is able not to select any of satisfaction levels. In survey results I can see his satisfaction level as "--". When I run survey report, this mark "--" considered as zero. For example: technician gets two marks: "--" and "4". The result mark in the report will be "2" ((0+4)/2). Please inform when you will be able to fix this issue. Thanks.

SDP - Sheduled report arrived to wrong recepient
Hi, We have defined 7 custom reports, listing all submitted requests for the previous week per site. Each report is scheduled to be emailed to a respective site manager every Monday at 7AM. It happens, that randomly a manager of site A would get the report intended to be sent to the manager of site B. Good morning. OpManager is not able to monitor features of Windows 2008 32 bit and 64 bit. As shown in a picture 1 he is accessing the server with the WMI protocol. Hi When making a new request, and enter the name of a new customer - SupportCenter Plus automatik select the "old" customer with the same name - and the account is locked.... Uptime on Availability Seems Wrong
In availability report, uptime seems a bit nonsense. If i want a report for whole of April, i will start the duration from 1 April 2011 (00:00) until 1 May 2011 (00:00). A report will generate, and uptime will be "30 Days 18hours". How come there is 18hours while April will only have 30 days? Build Number : 8723

Running ADManager Plus version 5 build 5031 on server 2008 R2 standard. When I go to export a report (no matter what format) I get the following error message. OpManager MYSQL server does not start
Hello, I had to shutdown Opamanger and restart it again this morning, since it was not responding. However, when I now try to start the service, it says DBServer failed. Real-time monitor on high speed links
We are finding that the real-time monitors work well for slower speed links like a T-1 but for high speed links with say 15 megabits of traffic the chart jumps wildly. It will spike up to 200 megabits per second for one second and the next nothing then the next second back to 200 megabits per second. What are you using to find the interface speed per poll? Are you assuming a packet is 1500 bytes? Some of our links move a great deal of packets but they are VoIP packets so they are 64 bytes each.

Hello, The admin menu in Netflow V9 wont drop down. this occurs in IE7,8 & 9 and Safari. Is added to local intranet zone and Enabled or Prompt selected for all options for this zone. Hi, We have had ManageEngine for a couple of months and it has been working fine. For a some staff we have to use Email requests because they cannot access the Helpdesk.
