Cannot login after Upgrade to build 8810
Hi,
I did an upgrade on OpManager from 8050 to 8810 successfully. However once the upgrade completed, I could not login to the webclient. I uninstalled my antivirus and tried restarting Opmanager server again with no luck.
When i tried to logint o the stand alone client it gave me an error saying make sure the Opmanager server is running.
However when i see it in services. msc in windows i see the service running fine.
I later tried stopping and restarting opmanager from the console using ShutdownOpmanager.batvand startOpmanagerserver.bat.
On executing startOpmanagerserver.bat. i see the console hung on Opmanager server [starting].
Later i uninstalled the service pack and reverted to my previous build 8050 and the server logged me in successfully.
Could you please look into this issue urgently as it production related
