Hello,

I want to report about an issue in survey process.

When requester is getting e-mail with link for a survey, and when he open web-page with form, he is able not to select any of satisfaction levels. In survey results I can see his satisfaction level as "--".

When I run survey report, this mark "--" considered as zero.

For example: technician gets two marks: "--" and "4". The result mark in the report will be "2" ((0+4)/2).

Please inform when you will be able to fix this issue.
