We cannot get Password Manager Pro to work with any of our Juniper Netscreen OS firewalls. We put in all the correct info and set an admin account for password changes. We also tried Telnet and SSH. PMP always comes back and says the passwords are not in sync. We confirmed the credentials is PMP are correct by telneting in and using cut and paste with the PMP credentials. We get this error in the PMP logs:
"Login Parameter incorrectException while trying to match for name:Read timed out|com.adventnet.cli.transport.LoginException: Login Parameter incorrectException while trying to match for name:Read timed out"
We have been trying to contact PMP tech support for over a week and cannot get anyone to call us back. During my last call the pople that answer the tech support line for other products told me to call my sales rep. Call my sales rep!?!?!?!!?
Anyone else seen this or has PMP working with Juniper (Netscreen OS) firewalls? We tried different models and firmware versions with no luck.
