Issue with custom action
Hi, I have been trying to get support from the ManageEngine support email address but not getting much response. We have a custom action that sends a request to our SAP system but since upgrading to 9403, this is now broken. The only thing we could find in the logs was an error about java but I'm not sure what it means (see attached). Would anybody be able to provide some advice/assistance with this?
Emails considered as SPAM are deleted and can not be recovered
Hi all. We note that emails that are considered spam, do not create a ticket, and are also permanently deleted. Is there any way to do SDP, mark them as spam and move them to another folder in the mailbox? Thanks in advanced. Best regards. Facundo

Purchase approval workflow
I'm trying to replicate a purchase approval workflow I created years ago. SDPOD has changed so much that I no longer know how to do it. I need it so that when a user submits a ticket for a purchase, I can initiate a purchasing workflow that sends an email notification to their manager. The manager will get an email where they can click yes or no in the email or linked to a page to click yes or no. Then I can be notified of the approval status. How would I go about accomplishing this?
Password sync Active Directory to RedHat Idm (IPA)
Hi, we're using the ADSelfService tool already and are evaluating the password synchronizer functionality. The source will be an Active Directory and the target system is Red Hat Idm(IPA) feature based on OpenLDAP. I'm unable to connect to the LDAP interface using the OpenLDAP connector that's available. How do I add the default local admin back in ADSelfService Plus?
When I first setup ADSelfService Plus, I created super admin accounts and then deleted the default local admin account. Now I am trying to add multiple domains in ADSelfService Plus but I believe I can only do that in the Default Local Admin Account. When I try and add a local Admin back in, the domain field doesn't have a section for local authentication anymore. How do I get the default local admin account added back into the system so I can add more domains?
[Systems - Requiring reboot] Returns 0 devices
Hello, On the Home dashboard, a number of systems flagged as requiring reboot is shown. When I click this number, I'm expecting a list of systems to be returned in the All Systems --> Managed Systems page. This page is currently displayed with 0 systems regardless of number of systems actually requiring reboot. I have been unsuccessful in getting a response from ManageEngine support. Please assist! Very limited criteria for User Group creation
Hi all. Im triying to create a user group, to delimitate the use of certain templates. When i am creating, i see that the options for the criteria, are VERY limited. SDP On-Demand showing technician limit exceeded message
Hi, We're receiving a message on SDP On-Demand saying that our subscription has exceeded the technician limit. The question is that we're using exact the limit. Our license is for 5 technicians and we have 5 technicians. If I choose the "remove 0 technicians" option, I can't proceed in the next page because I'm forced to choose at least 1 technician to remove. This problem began today. I believe it is related with some update SDP had today.

Dear: As shown in the attached file, I have marked the option that clients will be notify when the requests are resolved. Also, I have defined the template to use in these cases. However, the notification emails of "resolved" are not reaching to the clients. The strange thing is that the notifications of "reception" and "closing" of the requests if they are reaching. Hi there, we have picked up an issue with Analytics Plus where the data is not automatically syncing with Service Desk Plus. It requires a manual sync every morning to collect the data. I have also picked up that it is not pulling through the correct underlying data in one of my customized graphs.

Our helpdesk team cannot remote a computer with Desktop Central using ServiceDesk Plus. Using either Firefox ver. 58.0.2 (64-bit), or Google Chrome ver. 64.0.3282.186 (64-bit), when any of us try to remote any desktop computer with Desktop Central, it brings up a pop-up window trying to establish connection and prompts to install a missing plugin. I receive several messages for multiple computers that Shared Printer Addition Fails : The data is invalid. It would be nice to know what printer is failing. I tried to open a support ticket but, desktop central is not listed as a product in the ticketing system. Most of the computers should have the printers install all ready if that helps you narrow down the issue. 10.0.189.
Desktop Central ServiceDesk Plus Tickets
We use both Desktop Central and Service Desk Plus. Our users submit tickets using the Desktop Central Agent. Sometime a while back, the address that is used for the attached images was changed to use the Mobile device Management Address. Because this is an external address, we can not see the attachments without changing the address to the internal server in the browser. I submitted a ticket and was told that this is an enhancement to allow for external access but this does not work for us.
Putting a request on hold under the resolution tab now requires a resolution
We used to be able to put a request on hold under the resolution tab, without a resolution. After updating to 9.3 Build 9307, the system requires a resolution even though we're just putting the request on hold. Is this by design now or a bug? Thanks, Tammy
