Analytics Plus not automatically syncing with Service Desk Plus and underlying data incorrect
Hi there, we have picked up an issue with Analytics Plus where the data is not automatically syncing with Service Desk Plus. It requires a manual sync every morning to collect the data.
I have also picked up that it is not pulling through the correct underlying data in one of my customized graphs.
