Upgrade from 9335 to 9400 - restore MYSQL to PGSQL issue

Hi,

I hope you can help me. I´ve opened already a ticket via support@servicedeskplus.com but I don´t get any feedback since one week.

This is my issue which I send to the support team:

Hello Support-Team,

our productive ServiceDesk Plus is on version 9.1 Build 9121.

I´ve cloned the virtual machine to do some test to upgrade to the latest version 9401.

I´ve updated successfully our ServiceDesk Plus to version 9335 with an MYSQL DB on the cloned machine. And the test system working fine.

Now I have to do the DBmigraiton to PGSQL.

I did the following:

Step 1: Stop ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus service.
Step 2: Take a backup of the existing data in the application
From the command prompt, go to [ServiceDesk Plus-Home]\bin directory and execute the backUpData.bat command to start the data backup.
cmd> [ServiceDesk Plus Home]\bin
cmd> backUpData.bat
This backup will be stored under the Backup folder in ServiceDesk Plus Home directory.
Step 3: Install a fresh version of Servicedesk of the same build. A fresh install will have PGSQL as a default database. You can download it from the below link: (I´ve uninstalled the Service Desk via control panel and deleted the whole C:\manageengine\servicedesk - folder (except the backup folder which I copied away and then reinstall with the same 64 bit version 9335 installer)
http://archives.manageengine.com/service-desk/
Step 4: Start and stop the ServiceDesk Plus application once. Now you have a fresh PGSQL Database. (I´ve started the empty PGSQL DB once before restoring my MSSQL DB with the run.bat and end it with CRTL + C)
Step 5: Invoke the command restoreData.bat under [Service Desk-Home]\bin folder. The data should be restored under your PGSQL database.
Step 6: Start ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus service once the restore process is complete.
And Step 6 isn´t working. The DB doesn´t want to start. Maybe the migration didn´t work fine.
I did the restore with Restoredata.bat > 1.txt (in the attachment is the 1.txt file)
I added also the logs from C:\ManageEngine\ServiceDesk\logs
and a "cmd-log", where you can see all the steps I did since the first DB run after the new installation.

I hope you can help me.

Best Regards
Joerg
