Hello Community,
On Wednesday 28th our ServiceDesk Plus build 9302 stopped working. The Windows Server 2012 had its CPU usage from 90% to 100%. Java(TM) SE Platform (32bits) was consuming all the CPU.
I tried to reboot the server several times but as soon servicedesk was starting its services, the CPU was overloaded.
I updated ServiceDesk Plus following the update path. We're now on 9402.
After the update, on Thursday 1st, CPU usage went back to normal and ServiceDesk worked well until the end of our working day.
This morning, I can see that ServiceDesk has stopped retrieving new emails from POPS account since ~21h00 last night.
Rebooting the server doesn't solve the issue.
The password for the POPS account is good.
ServiceDesk GUI is working, we can manually create new request and manage things like this.
I can easily get to the "Admin" section, but I'm having hard times to enter the "Email server settings". Most of the time I click on it, it just keep searching and times out. By writing those lines I wanted to take screenshot but I'm no more able to access the e-mail server settings.
For what I can remind, our settings are: POPS (995) outlook.office365.com
Username:
ouremail@ourodmain.com
Alias:
ouremail@ourodmain.com
We moved the account to Office 365 in the last month. It has been working for the month with these settings.
Where are the logs for the Incoming mails?
At this time, the server has unrestricted access to the internet.
Any advise?
Thank you
