Hi all I am currently trying to make usefull widigtes exactly for our needs. The standard widgets on the helpdesk dashboards are clickable so that you can pull out the list of affected tickets. How do i make reports myself that can do htat?
Invalid key Survey
Hi Our customers receive survey e-mails with invalid keys. The URL in the hyperlink as well as the text of the hyperlink contain a invalid key. There are also cases that the URL of the hyperlink contains an invalid key, but the text does have a valid key. Is this a known issue? Is there a solution? How lang do the keys stay valid? Patching "The operation completed successfully" but system still listed as vulnerable
Hi, I've got several systems where the patch "307159 TU-017 Updates for Google Chrome (x64) (64.0.3282.186)" was deployed and appeared to work (the application is updated) -- the remarks field says "The operation completed successfully" but doesn't disappear and the machine remains listed as vulnerable. I have tried rescanning, rebooting the endpoint and rescanning, and updating the patch DB. It's not a huge problem because the machines are protected, but it does make my compliance reports inaccurate.
File Manager poorly designed
1. Date format does not follow account setting - I use DD/MM/YYYY, but file manager shows MM/DD/YYYY and when you try to sort using date columns, it sorts by month first which is totally useless. The rest of the GUI for Desktop Central seems to adhere to my format 2. Cutting files within same volume uses copy/delete and thus wastes time as well as risking a timeout from the browser - a "move" should be instant on the same volume 3. Don't use the word "cut", use "move" - this isn't a word processor
Cant login after migration from Windows to Linux
Hello. Version is 8309. I did trimmed backup on Windows, restored in in Centos 7. It worked, but i cant login under any credentials. Windows 10
On our Windows 10 computers, at the CTRL-ALT-DEL screen we see the word "field" instead of "Reset your password". Is there an update for ADSelfServicePlusClientSoftware.msi ?
Office365 - connector - permission
Hello I'd like to use ADSS to reset password in our Office365. We havent intergration with local AD. What permission are at least necessary to properly do password reset in cloud of Office 365? I can't find this information on Your web page Regards Slawek
Can't get the normal dashboard view to organizations
I'm having trouble to get normal dashboard to show up at any organization that i add to PMP MSP. I use same usergroup and users at every organization so i replicated those from top MSP group. So basically i dont import user's to organizations. I understood that the user importation is the key to change to dashboard to normal. Is there a way to force dashboard away from that installation information page?

SD pages not loading
Hello, I have upgraded SD from 9003 to 9400 in sequence and it started acting strange for example the start splash screen of manage engine doesn't show anymore anyhow managed to get it work somehow, then i have enabled "https" rebooted server and cannot login to SD anymore, it shows a blank page and prompts to download pagename.do I have attached the serverout logs and a screenshot. Thank you for help in advance.

Issue with saving "Delete/Disable Policy"
Hi, I am use ADManager Plus, version 6.6.2 When I edit "Disable Policy" for existing doamin in section "Delete/Disable Poiicy" (set the checkbox "Run Custom Script" and write the script name in textbox "Script Command"), I click on the "Save" button and get error message "Error occured when saving policy". You can see exception in log file.
Manageengine SDP Client won't start after license expires
Please I need help, my license expired and I requested for a renewal, which I was sent but due to the fact that we don't work on weekends, I have tried to renew the license with the file sent but on trying to open up the portal it's not opening I have tried to restart the DB, service, SDP but still it isn't working. I need help ASAP as I have some reports to present. Thanks

I cannot upgrade from build 9335 to build 9401. I'm trying to install "ManageEngine_ServiceDesk_Plus_9_4_0_SP-0_1_0.ppm" but Update Manager give me the error "Patch can be applied only over 9400 build. Incompatible Service Pack". There are no other Service Pack available for download between 9335 and 9401. Could you help me with that?
AppManager & OpenStack monitoring
Hi, we want to monitor OpenStack with openstack api in appmanager. We have user in openstack which has all priviliges to everything. It connects right to OpenStack APi on port 5000 and shows availability of openstack but there is no info about instances, images or services. OpenStack version is Pike. Can anybody tell me what's wrong with it? Thanks.
Some Incident SLAs not triggering
Currently testing 2 different SLA, one for 1 hour and another for 2. Set both SLAs criteria to check Category and if needed be, Subcategory fields. Created 3 Categories (A, B and C) and 2 Subcategories (B and C). So in reality the levels look like: A B -> B C -> C Following are the results: Test Category A - `1hr` - Failed, No Due Date Test Category B - `1hr`- Failed, No Due Date Test Subcategory B - `2hr' - Passed, SLA 2hrs Test Category C - `2hr` - Passed, SLA 2hrs Test Subcategory C - `1hr` -
Excluding IP ranges
I am trying to exclude an IP range from asset scans: 10.10.10.220-10.10.10.226 but keep getting the error: "Entered IP Address Range is not valid" I've also tried a single IP and get the error: "Entered IP Address is not valid" Yet I can perform a whole scan on the 10.10.10.0 range, so it doesn't seem to be an issue using that IP range. I have tried to exclude the IP addresses in the Network Address scan area, as well as Settings > Exclude Devices It's really annoying as our printers use that range,
Technicians to view requester form of template
We have a problem in that our technicians also create tickets but if the ticket they need to create is assigned to a support group that he is not a member of he cannot access that template. I have tried putting technicians in user groups but that does not seem to work at all. Ideally I would like to allow all technicians access to requester versions of the tickets for which they are not in the support group for. Any help would be much appreciated Thanks Chris Cann

Release 9400: Some Service Categories fail
This is entirely new in 9400. We upgraded over the weekend and everything "appeared" to go fine. We even tested, but apparently not enough. We have 11 Service Catalog Categories. Two of them are not used, containing templates we have turned off. Nine are in use. Seven of those nine are just fine, all templates work just fine. Are older hotfixes required for Desktop Central to continue to run correctly? For example, I am going to upgrade to Desktop Central 10.0.158, once the update is complete can older hotfixes such as Desktop Central 10.0.133 be uninstalled?
Windows 10 Dependency patch get deleted
I had the windows 10 fall creator dependency patch stored in my patch store and then noticed it tried to download it again and could not so it is now gone from my patch store. this is the 2nd time it has happened is there was so that it will not try to download or delete this patch?
Why have a support phone number if you never answer it? Why do I know more about the product than your online chat support techs?
In all the time I've been a customer I've NEVER been able to reach anyone for phone support. Every time I call I get a voicemail. Not the kind of support for software that my School District is spending in excess of $60,000 per year for. While you software is great, your phone support is non existent. I always end up having to use the online chat support, and when I ask a question I always get Vinoth Kumar who always spends 15-20 minutes (and sometimes days) trying to find the answer to my question.

Disable user tech admin priviledge
Hello, I edit the user tech and unclick the box at end of the window where it says something about admin priviledge - my UI is in portuguese. "Admin da organização (privilégios de gestão do utilizador)". I click save but when I come back to the same window the box is ticked again... I'm pretty sure the field I need is Product.COMPONENTNAME I havn't been able to work out the required tables and joins. ADSelfService Plus App Not Working on Android 8.0
Been using the ADSelfService Plus app on my Note 8 for a while now. It was working just fine when my phone was running Android 7.0. Today I received official update for Android 8.0. But now when I open the app it only loads a blank screen on it's start up and crashes after few secs. Any solution?? Server started but not responding
After restarting the server, the java.exe process goes up to 2.5Go RAM and the website didn't respond. it seems that there is a database corruption. Starting the server with run.bat throw the command prompt don't show any error, alll seems ok. But server still doesn't respond. We think that this corruption is some months old and the problem appears after restarting the server. So we are not able to restore data from the past days, as they are corrupted too... Is there a solution to repair the database

Hi I have written a sql report to display category, subcategory and item details and would like to ignore the greyed-out records but I cannot work out which tables I need to access to achieve this. I tried isdeleted fields but they refer to genuinely deleted record. Hi after i backup data and restored to a new opmanager server my switches interface's graphs have nothing to report ad show me "No Data" instead of this in,performance report also show me No data available in this period when i change the period to data before my backup everything is ok but after that is nothing also i try to add a new device but the new device also interface graphs has no data what ca i do for this problem?
OPM AD authentication stopped working after password change
Hi, Our company's OpManager uses AD authentication and one of our OPM users changed his AD password recently. After password change he can no longer login to OPM with his AD credentials (tested new and old passwords). What could have caused this? User who changed password said that the new password contains exclamation mark (!), could this cause some kind of issue? Rest of the OPM users who haven't changed their AD passwords can login to OPM normally. Best regards, Janne
Scanned Software - Unindentified column not showing full list
Hello all, We have an issue on our servicedesk whereby if a machine with new software is scanned it will pick up the software and label it as "Unidentified" on the actual page for the machine but if I go into the Scanned Software tab under assets and search for Unidentified software it does not show this software added to this list. In fact it shows 4 software products and this has not altered in a few months despite us having many new software assets scanned since then. Please could someone advise
