Search button should not default to "Features and Articles"
It looks like your marketing department is taking over your UI choices, because it makes no sense for the main search button to default to "Features and Articles". The only thing I ever need to search for inside the application is computers.
Create report filtering for approver
I want to create a report for one of our managers for tickets that he was approving or denying. There is no filter option for that, only for tickets that are approved or denied in general but not by whom. Is there an option to report tickets that are approved OR denied and also filter for one specific approver?
New Incident Templates not showing to users
I have an issue where any incident templates I create even when allocated to all groups in 'Show Requested' and even without it being turned on. I am not sure what else to do? I am also on the latest version too.

Hi - I tried to install our Wildcard SSL cert (pfx) but every time I try, the webpage doesn't load - I followed the instructions on your website (https://www.manageengine.com/products/self-service-password/kb/installing-pfx-certificates-for-ssl.html) but still no luck - I have installed this successfully on our SDP and Desktop Central with no problems. Firefox 58.0 - Wrong patch is deployed!
Just a heads-up, there seems to be an issue with the latest Firefox patches (patch ID 307006 and 307008). The 32-bit update points to the 64-bit location path and vice versa. So if you deploy/approve these patches, you will very likely end up with a mess. Disabling SMBv1 breaks ADAudit
I've disabled SMBv1 on my domain to mitigate the security vulnerabilities associated with it, and now ADAudit is showing "Error - The RPC server is unavailable: Error Code:6ba" for my domain controllers. ServiceDesk Plus had this same issue, but was fixed in version 9310 (SD-65898: Single Sign on does not work if we disable SMBv1 protocol in domain controller.) Is there a hotfix for this on ADAudit?

Site is not appear importing from Active Directory
Dear Sir, When I import the user from active directory, Site is not included. I put the office field in active directory "site name" which is already created in MSP. Creation Rules not working after 6613 update
Hello, After the 6613 update when I try to create Creation Rule for User Creation Template the text field in conditions disappears. So when I select, for example Condition: Title -> Contains. Windows 10 Fall Creators update (1709) undeployable because of dependencies
I followed the instructions: https://www.manageengine.com/products/desktop-central/windows10-feature-packs.html#language I renamed the iso to the german name: 104980-Win10_1709_Gex64.iso And I placed it into the patch store of desktop central. When deploying the patch/upgrade it fails to start because of missing dependencies (Win10_1709_enx64.iso). It does not "detect" the german iso file I have placed in patch store as descibed in you instruction....

Updated to 9334 and now blank web page on server running ServiceDesk
I updated from 9326 to 9334 last night. After the update I started the ServiceDesk service as usual and when IE11 launched on the server the logon screen/page is completely blank. I do get the logo next to the page address in the address bar but nothing on localhost. Remote PC's are able to access the help desk. This is only an issue on the server that hosts ServiceDesk. Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

Computers by Disk Usage report issue
I've noticed an issue with the Disk Space Report. It appears to round up all disks space in to the report to a single entry. Now although this data is correct it's kind of potless. Issue with opening PDF after renewal in contract module
When we renew a contract in the contracts module PDF files attached will become unreadable. If we open the original contract te PDF files are still readable. This behaviour occurs in version 9329.
2 questions regarding the "Email Id(s) to Notify"

I have created a few Query reports, but now I need to link the WorkOrderNumber to the actual ticket. Meaning I need to pass the url of the ticket with the report so the user can purely click on the Item and it will take them straight to the Ticket. Hi, I have an problem when trying to use the "Prevent Duplication" under "custom templates" When creating a user with: First name: John Last name: Smith I end up with the logon name (pre-windows 2000) jsm All good so far, but here is the real question :) The user already exist, therefore i want to add "01" after jsm (jsm01) But when i use the Duplication options it just remove the last letter of the logon name and I end up with "js1" and not "jsm01".
