Email Notification issue -Containing 2 HTTPS

When ever I raise a ticket, I am getting email notification with the ticketing tool url in the body of the mail .
But I am get a wrong url which contains 2https .PFB for details :

My client is very much annoyed with this 2 https error ,Kindly help.
