We have Application Manager 13. Problem is no data available on CPU and Disk partititon on some windows monitor. I run cpucore.vbs and disk.vbs scripts and results are attached. 

However, There is no data available in gui.

I created a support file . How  can ı upload it or how should ı work to get data?
