How can I disable the - License limit has reached for customer - emails?
I'm running DC-MSP and did a client rollout this weekend. After the rollout I began receiving alert emails from Desktop Central informing me that i have exceed my license limit. I emailed the licensing group yesterday but have yet to hear back. In the meantime I have received almost 200 copies of the same message and it shows no sign of slowing.
My questions:
1. How do i get the licensing group to respond in a timely manner? Is there a phone number I can call?
2. How do I suppress that message or configure it so that it only sends once?
3. How can I get a report of the number and name of machines that have exceeded the my license count?
