How to remove the CC from incoming service request email
Hi, Currently, we have users registering issues at SD as well as some users sending email directly to servicedesk@mydomain.com Is there a way to remove all other recepients (copy, to) from the incoming message and restrict it to only servicedesk@mydomain.com ?
