We are currently trying to get our On-Prem ServiceDesk Plus site available externally through Azure App Proxy. We have followed the instructions provided by ManageEngine and have set up our Azure App Proxy accordingly. Our issue is that when you attempt to access the ServiceDesk Plus site externally, you get prompted for a SAML SSO login (which is expected) but then when you login, it states that the server that the site resides on, did not respond.
Any guidance would be greatly appreciated as we would like to get this up and running so that we can use features like the Teams integration to better assist our end users.
