Chat does not "see" online status of technicians

Chat does not "see" online status of technicians

Hello,

we only use the Chat as an internal technicians chat. Unfortunately the Chat system does not recognize the online status of the technicians. In the user management the online status is displayed correctly.

As of now, the chat system does not work as we cannot start new chats and we get no notifications about new messages in existing chats.
