Problem:

Every time I run the startSDP.bat everything will boot up, but then it will stall out on "Started Server" and just continue to create more dots, so it just has a string of "......................................................................." within just a minute or two. It stays hung on this indefinitely.

Explanation:

I need to run version 11.1 to restore an older backup that we have. Upon successfully running the one that I installed I learned that it was v14.3. So I uninstalled 14.3 and installed 11.1 and then my problem started occurring. I looked through every file I could think of and none of them lead to any solutions. I tried uninstalling the 11.1 and redo the 14.3 to see if that might fix everything and the problem existed on that version as well. Based on this I was thinking that there might be settings hiding in the background somewhere that I need to clear out? Or is it something completely unrelated? I've looked through every support article that I could get my hands on but I still seem to be missing something.
