Administrator account has lost administrator privileges

Administrator account has lost administrator privileges

Hi,

We are using Support Centre Plus 7.6.05, and can no longer login with admin privileges.  Just upgraded to the latest version.

It appears as though the LDAP connection to AD has been broken and as such no users are able to login any more. I was able to reset the admin password, but am unable to login with admin privileges to fix this up the rest of it.  I am just wondering how I can reset the administrator privileges so that I can login and administer the server. 

I did notice someone else asked the same question and from what I can gather there is a procedure that can be followed, but it's only sent out as required and not posted on the forum.  If you could advise on this it would be great.
