Why are change comms not going out?
We have created a change workflow, so that when a change is submitted and is in the Requested status. An email should go out to the requestor. However this doesnt happen any ideas? All other Automation Notification rules for Change is turned off.

Hi. When a user logs into the Self service portal, they are able to read private messages sent between technicians in a request.
