SMTP traffic not being sent through Graph account but appearing in personal drafts folder

ServiceDesk Plus free edition.  I setup Graph initially and selecting my login it started grabbing emails from there.  Oops, my bad.  I deleted all that and managed to login with the email account I want things to come in and out through.  Both INBOUND and OUTBOUND are setup for this account.  However, the SMTP traffic doesn't send out emails.  Instead emails appear in my personal DRAFTS folder in Outlook.  

I did have the intended mailbox also open in my Outlook so I could drag emails to it and create tickets that way.  However, I have removed that in case it was the problem.  Then I even removed my personal rights to that mailbox in O365.  The emails still appear as draft in my DRAFTS folder.

Any ideas what I can do to correct his behavior?
