Good Afternoon, 

We are having some issues when starting ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus - We Upgraded to the latest build and tried to start the server but it is now not starting, We have ran run.bat and it start's up fine like that but does not start when we click ManageEngine Desktop Plus, 

Can anyone indicate what is happening
