OAuth Authentication (EWS)

I was wondering if anyone could help me regarding OAuth Authentication in Service Desk Plus, we have spent the entire day trying to fix the errors that we are getting, I also tried your "troubleshoot" guide, and your instructions and the video you posted on YouTube but there seems to be no improvement. We have set everything up on Azure AD and today during the afternoon we even got through the login part but then we would get to the Login page of Service Desk Plus, which I saw was one of the possible issues so we were trying to solve that, but no result since there was no error besides this one, at first : Unknown Error. In the meantime, mailbox cannot be accessed. (I hope I translated it ok, because or Service Desk application is translated) . Later we updated the Service Desk hoping it would somehow help, afterwards we were getting different errors.
I get the same error even when I do everything that you wrote below...wrong parameter value: „outEwsOauthConnectUrl”.
if I don't write the connect URL as https://xxx/EWS/Exchange.asmx, and when i try to save it then we get the error that this URL is not correct and that we should use the previous one which we already used? I don't know are we missing something in the instructions or the video but I noticed that a lot of people had the same issues ....I looked through our serverout0.txt log file, and there is this part which seems strange to me : [21:21:39:368]|[03-31-2023]|[SYSERR]|[INFO]|[77]: microsoft.exchange.webservices.data.core.exception.service.remote.ServiceRequestException: The request failed. The response received from the service didn't contain valid XML.|
