I had a question from one of our technicians today.
We use Service Desk Plus on Prem.
: 11.3 Build 11306
When I login as a user, I can easily see all outstanding cases that have been logged by me.
When I am a technician, I cant easily see a view of all outstanding cases logged by me?
What am I missing?
Surely there is a way I can go to "user view" or something.
