I am currently running version 14.2 Build 14201 of the ServiceDeskPlus on premis software. I am trying to update to the latest version of the software. When I try to run the UpdateManager.bat I get a command window and the confirmation to run as administrator, but after the confirmation nothing. The update manager GUI never opens.
Interestingly this also happens in the DesktopCentral I have running on the same server. ADSelfServicePlus seems fine, ADManagerPlus also is fine.
Any assistance would be appreciated.
