[SOLVED] Failed integate SDP v11.3 with Analytics Plus 4.5

Hi,
After upgrade to SDP v11.3.06 that integrated with Analytics Plus v4500, SDP couldn't sync data to Analytics Plus. I get this error:

Please check the ManageEngine Analytics Plus - User Name, Password and proxy details.<br>Or<br>You can obtain the error log files from Support tab by clicking on the Support File link in the ServiceDesk Plus application and capture the screenshot of Advanced Analytics Integration page.<br><br> Please report the problem to the system administrator. Support file will have the error trace to analyze the problem and which can be created at Support -> Create Support File.|

I check username and password and also proxy. Every things is okay, but I get this error.

Does SDP v11.3.06 support from AP v4500 or Not? What should I do?
