ELA Status Access Denied
Greetings! I inherited ELA recently on a new job. The institutions IT Officer instructed me to delete the old hosts and add new ones as well as change the info on a back up server that was moved to a new location with a new IP address.. The sign-in info is valid but it shows as access denied. Knowing little to none about ELA and its inner workings I am seeking an answer to this...is the solution "on prem"? Could an agent have been set up on one of the old servers that was removed and now everything
EventLog Analyzer - Selective erasing of events after certain period of time
Hi. We recently purchased this software and are presently configuring same. We have hundreds of thousands of successful logins (and logoffs) which we want to receive but don't want to preserve for 90 days (which is what we have the 'db retention period' set at). I understand I can filter (either at origin at Windows auditing level or in the Eventlog Analyzer 'Log Collection Filter' ) to completely eliminate the registration of these events but can't find an option to delete these events after a period

Custom Dial for Free Disk Space on C: wrong color
I updated my device template to show the WMI free disk space for the C drive. It shows correctly but the gauge color is wrong. It's showing RED for 95% free space. I assumed it would use the monitor thresholds but those don't seem to change it. Is there a way to fix this?
Report showing AuditStatus for all scans - not just last scan
I am after a report to show the Audit Status for all success/failure scans as recorded in the history tab of each workstation. The report can be split across different sites and restricted to a specific date range (ie 1 month) as it would likely produce a great deal of data. I am trying to monitor the when a folder date changes. When I test the monitor I get the error "Verify WMI credential". However, my WMI-Creds work fine to poll the machine for other monitors. Is there a trick or does monitor use some other credentials?
Add MSSQL Monitors - customize action
In the Rule Engine, there is a rule for "Add MSSQL Monitors". This rule triggers an action called "Associate MSSQL Monitors". Is there somewhere that I can specify WHICH monitors get associated? Right now I'm getting a dozen monitors that I don't want on 50 or so SQL Servers, which will be a LOT of deleting and reconfiguring to straighten out.
Query to display all templates that have the Description field marked as mandatory
Hi folks, I have an issue with upgrade 10.0.10001 whereby the description field, when marked as mandatory, doesn't recognize that someone has typed text into the field and so they can't submit a request. I've submitted a ticket, and I've found that if I remove the mandatory requirement, save, re-add, and save again, the issue no longer occurs. Since I need to get through this quickly, can you provide me with a query that will show me all of my templates that have a mandatory Description field? Thanks,

Sofware Catalogue - users should be able to install everything
Hi, could be very nooby question, but is it possible to set up a software catalogue with software, that users should be allowed to install but not forced to, even if this software requires Administrator privileges? For example Adobe Reader requires Administrator Password for installation. Currently I have Adobe Reader in the Self-Service Portal and can see it on a client machine. But clicking install, I need to enter an account with Admin privileges. So is it correct, that I need to create a deployment

Storage monitoring IBM V7000
Did anyone succeeded with monitoring IBM V7000 storage? I have added SMI credential with cluster IP. Then I am trying to "Add storage device" in "Discovery" menu with node IP address, however - when I click "Test connection" I always get an error: "Test connection is failed". Is there a log locally where I can see what message storage has passed to the OpM? Maybe worth to mention, I am using OpM 12.3.230

Hello, I've got AD Sync working flawless on my instance but everytime I create a new user the SD, after the next sync, sends an email to the user informing of the hashed password on the SD plataform. Is there anyway to disable this email from being sent ?
Field and Form Rule - Set Group
Wondering whether there may be an issue in the Field and Form Rules when setting a group based on field change. I'm able to assign a specific technician based on a value set on a drop down box, however when I attempt to 'Set Field' for Group, I get no drop down or validation for group names. Manually entering the group name does not work either, and the group remains as it was set on the form designer. Any other field is able to be set using this method except for Group. Profile not being applied to all tablets, only saying 'notification sent'
In some, but not all (12 out of 30) devices are not reporting that the created profile is being applied correctly. The list of devices for this group show many devices as "Notification Sent" and "Profile will be applied next time it is online". However these device to appear to be online. I can sync to them, I can remote control them, I can disable kiosk mode. But profiles don't seem to always apply. Issue With Opening Drop-downs in CMDB
Hello, when we go to the drop-down to add a new asset in CMDB the menu doesn't drop down. We figured out a workaround to do this by changing the "Show _ per page" value to a different value than it is currently set, refreshing the page, and going back into the page. However, this is obviously not ideal if we're loading multiple assets everyday. This behavior is experienced with both Google Chrome and Internet Explorer. Hi, I am running SupportCenter Plus 8.1.0 Build Number 8100. I've got 3 business units. This is the issue I have. An email is sent so it generates a ticket in BU_A. It is moved to BU_B with a new ticket number. A reply is sent and when the customer replies back, it comes to BU_A instead of BU_B. Thanks, Marius

software assets
any idea on how to manage software assets?? the reports don't work, the 'type' and other options i dont' know where it comes from and how can i go and change them. like 'managed','freeware' and all those... how do i go ahead and manage my software assets entirely from sdp. even if i input the license keys for a particular s/w for the individual user, it will show only in the 'scanned software' and not in the software licenses. and if i need to show it in software licenses, i have to allocate licenses
