Just upgraded into the 10000 series yesterday and we are very much liking the new layout.  However there is one thing we wish we could change and that is the properties shown on the right had side above the requester details.

We'd like to be able to add or remove some of the fields there.  For example in our case site is not particularly useful information however being able to set a category and subcategory there would be VERY useful.

Also having a close button at the top of the form was convenient.  Not that we can't change the request to closed using the status section on the right hand side but it's a feature that was removed that we are certainly noticing across the board.
