Hello,
Whenever I attempt to upgrade ServiceDesk from 9414, I receive the attached error:
“One or More Status notifications’ subject and content are empty. Please find those status names in updatemgrlog0.txt, update the same in Admin Configuration and restart migration.”
I am unable to locate the status names in the attached updatemgrlog0.txt, and it is unclear what my next steps are.
Any assistance is appreciated.
