How to get date in DDMMYYYY format on subject line
Hi,
I want to change Ticket number as per my convenience from current format (which is standard one) to new format. This format should have DDMMYYYY with ticket numebr<xxxx>. Now this details should change every day. For a new day format should start from (i.e. 28012019001 and so on) and on next day it should again start from 29012019001.
Is there any way to do it ?
