I'm just wondering how everyone else views multiple queues. Our technicians need to be able to view Unassigned queues and their own pending queues at the same time. Previously we used to be able to do this by opening ServiceDesk in different browsers. Now if we change the filter in one browser it updates in the other when it refreshes.

Does anyone else get this issue and have any advice on how to get around it
