Need a way to clean up Requesters
Hi folks, we're a long-time SDP customer and our environment has gone through some architectural changes. We now use a hybrid of AD import (for internal users) and locally-created accounts for subsidiaries, as well as local accounts for external users.
We have accumulated many more user accounts than we have users. These consist of service accounts, terminated user accounts, and erroneously created accounts. We are in the process of cleaning these up. Our intention is to delete the accounts, however, we don't have the control we need to identify, within SDP, the accounts to be deleted.
Just to note, I've requested this before for this and other fields, but I'd like to make the request again.
Can we have a way to search for requesters, technicians, requests using more complex functions (regular expressions come to mind)? Here are some examples
List all requesters that do not have an email address of "@mydomain"
List all requesters that do not have a comma in their name (we use lastname, firstname)
List all requesters that have five characters before the '@' symbol
Doing this will allow us to multi-select the filtered users and delete them.
Thanks for considering this.
