[SOLVED] Request ID cannot be picked up as the technician is not associated to the site
We are receiving a strange error when in the new view interface and trying to Assign or Pick Up a ticket using the buttons. I was able to replicate in the beta site as well by setting a site for the Requester that was different than the technicians. We can Assign or Pick Up in the Requests view (when you click Requests) or manually. Has anyone else seen this type of behavior in your systems?
Active Directory import
I'm adding a new domain and I just need to import a few requestors from their domain. However, when I select import requesters, I get an error that says 'couldn't bind to active directory server." the account I am using is a member of domain users. Are there any other groups or security permissions that this account needs in order to do an AD import?

Email Delimiter symbol change in build 10000
Hi Guys, Previously we used a query to change the default delimiter symbol from ## on email correspondence to/from Service Desk Plus; For example if we wanted to change it to + signs we would use; update GlobalConfig set Paramvalue='++' where Parameter='Title_Delimiter'; This row doesn't seem to exist in the DB a newer version of SD+ we are trialling. Is anyone able to advise on a new query to use so we can change the delimiter? We are trialling build 10000 using MS SQL Thanks

Migrate to new LDAP server
I have an existing PMP instance (9702) with users which were added by importing them from an LDAP server. We have installed a new LDAP server and I would like those same users to now authenticate against the new LDAP server. It seems the existing users' accounts are tied to the old LDAP server (from which they were imported). SMS alerts via Clickatell
OpManager version 123177 I configured SMS Server settings to send SMS alerts via the Clickatell gateway. SMS not working
My company has changed Exchange servers. Once we moved over to the new exchange server, sms stopped working. I have added the new exchange server ip in the mail server settings and shut off the firewall on the new exchange server but I'm still not able to get SMS messaging when a ticket is created. Any ideas on why it stopped working?

Opmanager NCM - Backup
Hi So i have around 10-15 Switches (Cisco IOS) that i can not back up. I have around 100+ that are working. and when i try nothing happens. I trace a working one in the firewall logs, and see the server 10.0.0.1 go to the device 10.1.1.10 and its working fine. But when i trigger one of the ones that is not working i get nothing in the Firewall logs.

We just upgraded to version 10, and I love the new layout for requests. However, under the user's details, there are some fields I'd like to see. By default, it looks like the image in the attachment. We don't really have a need to see the custom fields "Security Fob Number" or "Security Disarming Code". Allow all users to see all requests for a specifc template
We have security set up where users can pretty much see their own tickets. We are bringing a new function (template) into ServiceDesk and the users want anyone in the company to be able to view all requests for that specific template. We don't want to change our overall security. Is there a way to allow users to see all tickets for just one template? I tried creating a user group and associating it to the template, it didn't work the way I'd hoped.

Alarm within one Business View causes ALL Business Views with Shortcuts to each other to turn Red.
When two or more business views contain shortcuts to each other and an alarm is triggered within any single one, it causes ALL business view shortcuts to turn RED and they do not return to a GREEN color state when the alarm is cleared.
